Help pet owners trust what they read.

We’re looking for licensed veterinarians in Saudi Arabia and the GCC to review our Animal Encyclopedia articles. Remote and flexible, with your name on every article you review.

Your name, on every article you review

Each article you approve carries your name and title, so pet owners across the region know a licensed vet stands behind what they read.

  • Your name and title under every article you approve
  • Read by pet owners in Saudi Arabia and across the Gulf
  • A public record of your expertise you can share

What the role involves

Every health article on wasmID is checked by a licensed vet before it’s published. You’ll be that final check.

  • Review articles

Check each article before it goes live, and again when it’s updated.

  • Keep it safe

Make sure nothing reads as a diagnosis or treatment, and that “see a vet” advice is clear.

  • Answer reader questions

Write short, general answers to selected reader questions for the article FAQs.

  • Flexible timing

Work remotely, usually returning a review within 3–5 working days.

Who can apply

  • A licensed veterinarian practising in Saudi Arabia or another GCC country (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).
  • A veterinary degree (DVM, BVSc or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience, ideally with cats and dogs.
  • Fluent Arabic and good English.
  • No conflicts of interest: reviews stay independent of any clinic or product you’re linked to.

Documents we’ll ask for

  • A valid licence to practise veterinary medicine, issued by the licensing authority in your country (for example, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture in Saudi Arabia).
  • Your national ID (Saudi or GCC), residence permit (Iqama), or passport.
  • Your veterinary degree certificate.
  • A short CV showing your clinical experience.
  • After acceptance: a reviewer agreement, confidentiality agreement, intellectual-property assignment and conflict-of-interest declaration.

Your documents are used only to verify your eligibility, kept securely, and deleted if your application doesn’t go ahead, in line with our privacy policy.

Do I need to live in Saudi Arabia?

No. Licensed vets practising anywhere in the GCC can apply. The work is fully remote.

What do I get in return?

Your name and title are published on every article you review, for pet owners across the region to see. The role is unpaid.

Will my name appear on articles?

Yes, with your consent, and only on articles you’ve actually reviewed, with the review date.

Is the role open now?

We’re preparing for launch. Applications will be reviewed as we get closer.
